Policy for online registration

Thank You for your kind support for FUJIFILM's products. Kindly register the warranty for your cameras and lens bought from FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. (the “Products”)’s within fourteen(14) days of the products' purchase date. Upon successful registration, an E-warranty registration receipt will be sent to your email address. Please keep a copy of this E-warranty receipt.

Note: If servicing or repair is required, the original purchase receipt and local warranty card has to be presented for validation of the Products' purchase date. If this receipt is not presented, the warranty will expire according to the Validity Date printed on the original warranty card.


Servicing or Repair of Products

Please produce the following documents if servicing or repair of your Products' is required:

  • Customer's copy of the original warranty card
  • Original purchase receipt
  • E-warranty receipt (applicable to online registration of warranty only)

Note: FUJIFILM ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD reserves the right to reject any warranty claims without presentation of all the above mentioned.

Terms & Conditions of Warranty Coverage

The first year warranty and/or the two(2) years Local Extended Warranty, where applicable,does not cover any fault(s)/damage(s) to the cameras and lens sold by FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (the “Products”) that arise from any of the following:

  1. Accidents
  2. Inappropriate usage or damage due to external factors
  3. Entry of liquids, water vapour, dust, dirt or other foreign objects into Products
  4. Corrosions due to external factors
  5. Wear & tear of Products
  6. Missing, defaced or alteration on Products' description such as model & serial number on Products/warranty card/purchase receipt
  7. Usage with third party products & inappropriate usage not in accordance to instructions stated in the FUJIFILM user's manual or by authorised personnel
  8. Any attempted cleaning or repair by self or third party other than authorised personnel
  9. Accessories such as batteries, adaptors, cables, connectors, storage media, CD-ROM, etc.
  10. Expenses, incomes, business, contracts, freight, insurance, loss, discrepencies, damage to equipment by delivery, anticipated savings, inconveniences & any other indirect or consequential loss, damage (including image files). Recommendation for protection of stored data: please back up your data prior to servicing
  11. All freight charges or transportation charges (if any) will be borne by the owner
  12. Problem arises from incorrect firmware upgrade procedure done by user
  13. Fujifilm shall not be liable for any loss of data such as image/video files
  14. Force Majeure Events, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, pandemic, and/or any other factors that are beyond the control of FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Workshop Registration

Terms & Conditions of Workshop Coverage

  • This workshop is entitled to X-series camera users only.
  • Only applicable to X-series cameras purchased from FUJIFILM authorized dealers in Singapore only. (For non X-series user and purchases outside of Singapore, a nominal fee of $120.00 (inclusive of GST) will apply respectively.)
  • Payment can only be made via CASH or NETS at Fujifilm Studio (3 Temasek Boulevard, #02-410 Suntec City Mall Singapore 038983).
  • This workshop’s entitlement is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase of your camera.
  • Each user is strictly entitled to attend one workshop session per X-series camera purchased.
  • Only a one time change in workshop date is permitted, otherwise entitlement to the workshop will be forfeited.
  • Workshop attendance is non–transferable upon registration.
  • Cancellation to workshop participation must be done at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their entitlement.
  • Workshops may be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances and participants will be informed at least one (1) business day in advance before the commencement date.
  • Original purchase receipt with warranty card and workshop registration confirmation email must be presented before the commencement of workshop for verification purpose.
  • Please register for a workshop session as there is NO walk-in registration entertained.
  • Participants are required to be punctual for the workshop. Latecomers will be denied entry, thus forfeiting their entitlement to the workshop.
  • Fujifilm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to deny any applicant who does not comply with the above requirements.
  • Fujifilm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions as set out above without prior notice to any party.
